Fees are straightforward and regulated by VA law:

Initial claims assistance is free — always, by law.
Appeals work is on contingency — 20% of any back-due benefits awarded. If your appeal isn't successful, you don't pay. You only pay from money you wouldn't otherwise have received.

It's about a responsibility our country already accepted on your behalf.
Confusion. The VA is vast, and in an age of AI-generated information, plenty of what's out there is wrong or outdated. My job is to cut through the noise, put you at ease, and help you deal with the VA clearly and directly.
Mistrust. Some veterans left their service branch feeling the system didn't have their back — and that mistrust carries over to the VA. I help you see the VA for what it actually is: a large organization made up of people trying to do their jobs within policy and law.
