 I’m an accredited VA Claims Agent and I've devoted most of my professional career  to helping Veterans with the disability compensation process.  I have deep knowledge of all Service departments, with 10+ years of joint service duty.  I directed the Coast Guard's  Disability Evaluation System and had a direct hand in creating major reforms like the IDES, CRSC and the Physical Disability Board of Review. Now, my service to Veterans continues, claim by claim, as I follow this basic ethic:  patience, persistence, and do it right the first time. 

 I keep my caseload small so every client gets my full attention, and I only take cases where I know I can genuinely help.  If I can't help you, I will connect you with someone who can. I take the time to understand your service, your conditions, and your goals, and we work collaboratively — you bring focus and commitment; and I bring deep knowledge of the VA system. Fees are simple and fully regulated: initial claims are always free, and appeals are contingency‑based at 20% of any back‑due benefits awarded, with no fee if the appeal isn’t successful.
